Today is my sister’s birthday.

I won’t see her today. She’s moved to Florida. I will, however still wish her a Happy Birthday. For the present, I’ll share three things the best leaders in the world know.

1. You will change the world the most by helping out one person. Everyone else follows.

2. You will make the biggest changes in your life by helping other people get what they want, not what you want.

3. It is lonely at the top only if you have had to push everybody down on the way up. Instead, have you ever seen a celebratory baseball game. They lift the MVP on their shoulders. You can also get to the top by having everyone else lift you up.
